David Henderson

David has been diving and snorkeling for over 20 years. Growing up on the Great Barrier Reef instilled a love of the underwater. A move to Tassie 10 years ago brought a whole   new dimension to getting in the water –Abalone hunting. When not scraping Abalone of the bottom of the sea or teaching people how to eat Abalone, David is a researcher at the University of Tasmania.

Kaori has a passion for Abalone diving and eating, Tasmania and all things Australian. Kaori is our Japanese translator, cooking advisor and Japanese connection. When not getting in and out of a wetsuit, Kaori is a Japanese language teacher, chef and works in marketing.
